Bronwyn Wood

With more than 12 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have had the privilege of exploring diverse approaches to understanding and supporting individuals' psychological development and growth. This exposure has allowed me to craft my own approach to therapy that incorporates a range of perspectives while embracing the particular set of skills I have developed throughout my career.

Since moving from South Africa to Switzerland in 2020, I have worked primarily with individuals within the tech industry, which has given me a clear understanding of the specific stressors and demands that they face. From burnout and impostor syndrome to work-life balance challenges, I am committed to providing a safe space for individuals to explore and overcome these hurdles. By combining my therapeutic expertise with an understanding of the unique dynamics of high-performance industries, I seek to facilitate personal growth, enhance resilience, and optimise well-being.

I have a strong passion for all things that tell us more about what it means to be a person, and this includes philosophy, mythology, literature, art, film, and theology. I thrive when supporting people to take ownership of their own agency and use that to connect with others in a way which enables them to step into their own authenticity. I am convinced that if people are secure enough to authentically engage with the world, we will thrive as human beings.
